3 Simple Swaps for Growth

The words we use can stifle or accelerate our professional growth. Here are three of my favorite Real Estate Simple Swaps. Fellow real estate agents:

  1. When working with our prospective buyers and identifying the buyer's budget, a simple, effective swap is instead to say, "What is your preferred price range”, or “What is your ideal price range?"

  2. On that same thought, when identifying value, instead of referring to a home on the market as the “cheapest home” in the neighborhood, instead refer to that home as the “most affordable” and “best value in the neighborhood”.

  3. And my third favorite, Renee's real estate simple swaps, is rather than identifying a property or listing as the most expensive in the neighborhood. Refer to that listing as the higher priced or highest net price.
